We’re looking for a Procurement & Project Management Specialist to lead sourcing and procurement for our personal care brands, with a focus on cosmetic product testing and formulation. You will manage end-to-end supplier relationships, from cost negotiation and compliance to new product development. This role allows for exposure across Lyra Collective’s portfolio, with a focus on brands such as Nuvadermis, EVER Skincare, LOLA, and more. You'll report to the VP of Consumer Product Development & Sourcing and work cross-functionally with brand management, creative, supply chain and inventory teams, as well as directly with external manufacturing partners.
What you'll do
- Build and manage relationships with domestic and international contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers
- Lead cost negotiations and drive margin-enhancing initiatives across key SKUs
- Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA standards
- Oversee testing and product validation in partnership with suppliers and external labs
- Translate inventory requirements into purchase orders and ensure supplier timelines support broader supply chain planning
- Keep production schedules on track and lead problem-solving when risks arise
- Partner with brand management and creative to translate product vision into supplier specifications
- Project-manage new product development to ensure packaging, formula, and clinical targets are met on time
- Coordinate ingredient testing and regulatory compliance alongside our product engineering function

Requirements
- 4+ years of sourcing or product and project management experience in personal care or beauty
- A track record of managing supplier contracts, dual-sourcing initiatives, and production timelines
- Demonstrated impact on financial performance through cost negotiations or margin improvement
- Strong project management instincts — you can hold multiple priorities and stakeholders without dropping anything
- Experience navigating regulatory or compliance requirements (ingredient standards, labeling compliance, or similar)
- Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not a must-have
