About the role

Syndio is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Leadership team, consisting of the CRO, CCO, CPO, VP Engineering, and VP Marketing. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional project management skills. This role also calls for flexibility, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal team members, as well as outside clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, and driven to produce high quality work.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and project management support to the C-Suite team
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, ensuring efficient time management and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the C-Suite team, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and seamless collaboration.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports for executive meetings, ensuring clear and concise documentation of decisions and action items.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making processes, enabling the C-Suite team to make informed choices.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain the privacy of sensitive data..
  • Collaborate with other administrative professionals to ensure a consistent and efficient administrative function.

About you

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in executive administration, including 3+ years supporting multiple C-level executives
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience in applying systems thinking, strategic planning to business process improvement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executives, peers, and clients
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with executives, peers, and clients
  • Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency with software applications such as the Google Suite, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • MUST BE: Eligible to work for any US-based employer without the need for visa support/transfer, either now or in the future.
