Overview
We are hiring a senior-level Quality Technician to serve as a definitive quality authority on our machine shop floor, providing accurate, real-time feedback to our aerospace and defense manufacturing team. This is a high-level role for an experienced quality tech who thrives on accountability and taking absolute ownership of the inspection process in a high-precision machining environment.
You will utilize a wide variety of tools—from manual measuring instruments and visual systems to CMMs—ensuring that every part meets rigorous industry and customer standards. While we have a robust quality department to support you, we need a confident professional who can step up, own the inspection data, and communicate findings constructively to the machinists. If you possess sharp attention to detail, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the communication skills to act as a true partner to the machine shop floor, we want to talk.
