Descripción completa del empleo
Overview
We are seeking a Foundry Production Technician to support our specialized production of advanced metal powder materials. This is a demanding, hands-on role in a heavy industrial setting where you will be working directly with molten metal and high-temperature furnaces. Success in this position requires extreme attention to detail, continuous vigilance, and an uncompromising commitment to safety.
In this role, you will operate and maintain complex melting and processing equipment, conduct critical quality control checks, and monitor sensitive process parameters to ensure the production of high-quality materials. Because of the hazardous nature of working with molten metal, strict adherence to safety protocols is the top priority.
We are not necessarily looking for candidates with prior experience in metal atomization; rather, we are looking for advanced production technicians with backgrounds in heavy industry, manufacturing, foundry, or forge environments. If you are comfortable in a physically demanding setting and pride yourself on your focus and precision, you will be a great fit for this team.
We have openings on both day and evening shift.

- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines for working around molten metal and heavy machinery; maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team at all times.
- Quality Control & Vigilance: Stay engaged throughout your shift to conduct thorough quality checks, continuously monitor process parameters, and immediately identify and troubleshoot any deviations.
- Metal Preparation: Prepare metal alloys for processing following established procedures for composition and purity.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic masonry tasks to reline furnaces and tundishes as required; conduct routine equipment maintenance and collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve complex issues.
