We’re hiring Production Associates to support a fast-paced food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing environment. This is a clean, safety-first operation where quality, teamwork, and consistency matter every day.

Compensation
- #23 / hr
- $21.75 / hr base
- $1.25 /hr shift differential

Shift Options
- 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm
- 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am
Responsibilities
- Operate and Support Automated Production Lines – Assist with operating and monitoring automated machine lines; follow standard work instructions to keep production running smoothly and safely.
- Material Handling and Line Feeding – Load and unload raw materials and packaging components; stage materials at the line and keep flow consistent to prevent downtime.
- Quality Checks and Basic Measurements – Perform periodic in-process checks and basic measurements to confirm products meet quality standards; document checks as required.
- Sanitation and Work Area Organization – Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace; follow GMP and food-safety expectations throughout the shift.
- Teamwork and Shift Support – Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors; communicate issues, support changeovers, and step into new stations as training progresses.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education – High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience – Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; paid training provided.
- Coachability and Growth Mindset – Willingness to learn new stations, take feedback, and grow into more advanced roles over time.
- Attitude and Team Collaboration – Positive, dependable, and respectful; able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
