Overview
We’re hiring Production Operators for a growing, modern consumer packaged goods manufacturing facility.
The facility is new, clean, air-conditioned, and growing quickly. There are multiple schedules available, and team members have opportunities to cross-train across different parts of the production process and expand their skills over time.

Shift
- 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am
There may be limited opportunities on 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm) for this role.
Responsibilities
- Material & Product Handling: Move, load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products around the production floor.
- Production Line Support: Feed materials/products into equipment and assist machine operators with production tasks.
- Quality & Cleaning: Perform basic quality checks and clean/sanitize equipment and assigned production areas.
- Safety & Reporting: Follow safety/GMP procedures and report equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors.
Requirements
Required
- Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance
- Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and production processes
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift and safely lift/move materials as needed
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute effectively as part of a team
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
