Overtime is looking for a multi-talented digital media professional for the position of International Media Coordinator to join our growing content team.
As a member of the International team, you’ll be tasked with working cross-functionally through the entire organization in support of our international growth. The Coordinator will be expected to both lead projects and assist on a variety of different assignments. At various points throughout the year, the Coordinator might be particularly focused on branded content, social content, or video production, depending on what the company needs at any given point!
This position is based out of the Overtime Elite Arena in Atlanta, Georgia; and will report to our VP of International Strategy & Media. This role requires language fluency in either Portuguese, Spanish or French in addition to English.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for coordinating all international account media from OTE and OT Select for everything from social media, Youtube, OTE and OT Select broadcasts, as well as all additional international content
- Social content creation and preparing assets for social content creation in multiple languages
- Review content before it’s posted from proofreading and spell-checking to QCing videos
- Assist with management of internal docs, like programming calendars and edit schedules
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team across OT to align the content we post with the strategy in place
- Curate content to be posted
- Sweat the nitty, gritty details of everything we put out on social
Who you are:
- 1+ year of professional content or media experience
- You are fluent in either Portuguese, Spanish or French in addition to English (required)
- You understand and can communicate in Overtime’s voice and have a strong interest in basketball
- Digitally native: constantly on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and on the lookout for new, exciting platforms.
- Detail-oriented. Amazing proofreader who always checks their work.
- Flexible in adapting to changing timelines and deliverables
- A self-starter, always looking for people and projects that could use a helping hand
- Your organization and communication skills are ELITE
- Bonus for experience with Photoshop and video editing software like Premiere and After Effects
